Why work with me?
I’m Helen - and I’ve been where you are.
As a former nurse, I spent 14 years working in the NHS in a variety of roles, supporting people in times of stress and uncertainty. Since 2020, I’ve supported over 350 women through nervous system regulation and solution focused hypnotherapy coaching.
