Before specialising in wellbeing, I worked as a nurse in the NHS. Caring for people has always been at the heart of what I do. Now I bring that same compassion, together with years of experience, into the workplace - helping teams feel healthier, more resilient, and ready to thrive. 

My Credentials: 

  • Certified breathwork facilitator.

  • Solution-focused hypnotherapist.

  • Yoga Nidra teacher.

  • Counselling Level 2 practitioner.

  • Fully insured and a member of AfSFH (Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy).

  • Diploma in Medical Hypnotherapy.
