I’ve always been a nurturer, a natural cheerleader for others. The calm in the storm. The steady voice during self-doubt or overwhelm. Holding space and supporting others has always come naturally to me, but for a long time I forgot how to hold space for myself.

As a nurse, I was deeply passionate about health and wellbeing and fascinated by the mind body connection. I saw first hand how the nervous system and our mindset shape our health and recovery. But despite that knowledge, I found myself burnt out. Chronic stress and unresolved trauma left me stuck in fight or flight, constantly on edge, overthinking and overwhelmed. I’d lost touch with joy, with what lit me up. Even small daily stressors felt too much.

Everything changed when I started creating my own toolkit: simple, grounding rituals that helped me feel more present and in control. Rest, breathing better, nature, movement, deep relaxation… I slowly found clarity, calm, and a deep reconnection to myself. I started to feel present with my family, I found purpose and turned my anxiety into excitement for life again.

That’s when I followed the spark.

Helen Kelynack - Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Breathwork practitioner

I trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Breathwork Practitioner, and in Yoga Nidra, modalities that supported me through burnout, major spinal surgery, and some of the biggest shifts in my life as I hit midlife. Now, I help other incredible individuals to do the same.

I support clients to reconnect with their values, regulate their nervous systems, and rewire the patterns that keep them stuck. Together, we build a practical, empowering toolkit to move through fear, manage stress, and feel more grounded, joyful, and aligned.

Nature continues to be one of my greatest loves, the ocean, the stillness, the simplicity. I bring that into the work I do, inviting clients to pause, breathe, and come back home to themselves.

And when I’m not working, you’ll find me by the water’s edge, barefoot, breathing it all in, remembering what truly matters.
