Your 4-Week Confidence Journey 

This programme is designed to be a short, focused and deeply supportive reset. 
A space where your mind can settle, your nerves can soften and your confidence can grow.

Across four weeks, we work together to understand your fear, reframe it, and mentally rehearse the version of you who feels calm, prepared and in control. 

What Our Sessions Look Like 

Each week, you’ll have a 60-minute 1:1 session, either over Zoom or in my peaceful therapy room here in cornwall. 

​

Each session includes: 
 

  • Solution-focused talking therapy to shift your mind toward where you want to be. 

  • Soothing hypnosis to relax your nervous system and build new, confident pathways.
